Des Oberst Ghadhafis Mannen Yassir, Hassan und Gamel sollen die Rache für das US-Bombardement an einer Atomfabrik in Indiana vollstrecken. Der Plan schlägt fehl und Yassir und Gamel nehmen in einer kleinen Schule sechs Schüler und einen Lehrer als Geiseln.
