Six-year-old Lainey loves her dog named Ossie. But one day the head of the family, Michael Brooks, gives Lainey a Ted teddy bear. It looks like an ordinary toy, but there is one secret - it comes to life when a child truly loves it. Lainey immediately feels a magical connection with the teddy bear. Now the girl and the bear are always together, which terribly saddens the dog Ossie, who decides on a trick and purposely “loses” Ted. But, seeing how hard Lainey feels this loss, Ossie sets off on a dangerous journey to save the teddy bear. Ossie and Ted will become true friends, but before they do, they will have many adventures.
