Yukio Kunikida und Yuma Yamagishi sind Oberschüler und gehen miteinander aus. Sie möchte den Rest ihres Lebens sich selbst treu bleiben. Yukio fällt es schwer zu akzeptieren, dass Yuma nur noch kurze Zeit zu leben hat, aber er erfüllt ihre Wünsche.
Yukio Kunikida and Yuma Yamagishi are high school students and they are dating with each other. On an ordinary day, Yuma tells Yukio that "I'm going to die in a week."
