Die junge Familie zog in eine neue Wohnung am Stadtrand. Das von ihnen für die neugeborene Tochter eingestellte Kindermädchen gewann schnell Vertrauen. Der ältere Junge, Egor, erzählt jedoch vom beängstigenden Verhalten der Frau, doch seine Eltern glauben ihm nicht. Die vom Vater zur Beruhigung installierten Überwachungskameras bestätigen nur, dass alles in Ordnung ist. Eines Tages findet Egor auf seiner Heimreise weder vom Kindermädchen noch von der kleinen Schwester eine Spur, und die Eltern geraten in eine seltsame Trance und erinnern sich nicht einmal daran, dass sie eine Tochter hatten. Daraufhin macht sich Egor zusammen mit seinen Freunden auf die Suche, wobei sich herausstellt, dass das Kindermädchen ein alter slawischer Dämon ist, im Volksmund als Baba Yaga bekannt.
The young family who moved to a new apartment on the outskirts of the city. The nanny hired by them for the newborn daughter quickly gained confidence. However, the older boy, Egor, talks about the frightening behavior of a woman, but his parents do not believe him.
