Um die Kinder zu beruhigen, erzählt der Vater eine lehrreiche Geschichte, die bald Wirklichkeit wird und Vater und Kinder in eine Fantasiewelt entführt. Bald gesellt sich die Mutter dazu, die in dieser Welt die Rolle einer Kommandantin übernimmt. Die Eltern versuchen, die Ordnung wiederherzustellen, erkennen aber bald, dass ihre Gesetze und Regeln in dieser Welt nicht gelten und alle Bemühungen vergeblich sind. Sie sind gezwungen, sich auf ihre Kinder, ihre Fantasie und all das Gute zu verlassen, das sie in ihnen erweckt haben. Werden die Kinder lernen, gemeinsam Hindernisse zu überwinden? Werden sie alle Probleme lösen können und wird diese Geschichte ein Happy End haben?
In an attempt to calm the children, the father tells an instructive story that soon becomes reality, transporting the father and children into a fantasy world. Soon they are joined by the mother, who is assigned the role of a commander in this world. The parents try to restore order, but soon realize that in this world their laws and rules do not apply, and all efforts are in vain. They are forced to rely on their children, on their imagination and on all the good that they have brought up in them. Will the children learn to overcome obstacles together? Will they be able to solve all the problems and will this story have a happy ending?
